Pickup & Delivery Policy

1. Pickup

Pickup times are requested by the customer and confirmed by Frozen Fantasies. Customers should arrive at the confirmed time so frozen products stay at the best quality.

2. Delivery

Delivery may be limited by location, weather, staff availability, order size and schedule. Delivery is not guaranteed until Frozen Fantasies confirms the request.

3. Customer availability

For delivery orders, customers are responsible for providing an accurate address and being available at the confirmed handoff time.

4. Delays

Frozen products are time-sensitive. Frozen Fantasies will do its best to communicate delays, but customers should be ready to receive or pick up orders promptly.

5. After handoff

Once an order is picked up or delivered, the customer is responsible for safe transport, storage and serving conditions.

6. Service area

Service areas may change based on business operations, events, travel time and weather.
