Terms of Service
1. Order requests
Orders submitted through the Frozen Fantasies website are requests until Frozen Fantasies reviews and confirms availability, timing, pickup, delivery or event details. Submitting an order does not guarantee that every requested flavor, topping, time slot or delivery location is available.
2. Customer information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, requested dates, requested times, delivery addresses and order notes. Frozen Fantasies may need to contact the customer before preparing an order.
3. Availability
Products, flavors, toppings, prices, pop-up locations, service areas and operating times may change based on demand, weather, staffing, inventory and event schedules.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before submission, arriving for pickup at the confirmed time, being available for delivery when delivery is confirmed and storing frozen products properly after pickup or delivery.
5. Website use
Customers may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information or interfere with the ordering system.
6. Legal review
These terms are written as plain customer guidance for a small family-owned frozen-dessert business. Frozen Fantasies may choose to have policies reviewed by an Ontario legal professional.
