Product Storage & Quality Policy

1. Frozen product care

Frozen Fantasies products are temperature-sensitive and should be kept frozen until serving.

2. After pickup or delivery

Once products are handed to the customer, melting, texture changes or quality loss caused by transport, delays, warm rooms, outdoor heat or improper storage become the customer's responsibility.

3. Serving timing

For the best experience, serve products soon after pickup or delivery unless they can be stored safely in a freezer.

4. Family tubs and larger orders

Family tubs and event orders should be placed in a freezer as soon as possible and handled carefully to preserve texture and flavor.

5. Candy toppings

Candy toppings may change texture when frozen, thawed or exposed to moisture. This is a normal part of frozen candy-topped products.
